Where do you build new homes?
We are currently building and planning homes in Coralville, lowa City, and Tiffin, lowa. We would love to discuss building your home
and can likely be a good solution for a home within an approximately 20-minute drive of lowa City.
Do I need to have my own lot?
No, you don’t need to have your own lot. We build high-quality homes in Coralville, Tiffin, lowa City, and other communities in Johnson County (North Liberty, Solon) and would be delighted to work with you to build your dream home on your own lot if you have one.
Can your plans be customized?
Absolutely! While most of our homes have pre-selected options, we’re happy to discuss your customization ideas to ensure your home reflects your unique vision.
What is a Spec Home?
A spec (short for speculative) home is built by a builder without a buyer’s contract, with the intention of selling it for a profit. The finish selections are typically made by the builder in consultation with their sales and marketing team.
What is a Semi-Custom Home?
A semi-custom home is one where the builder offers upgradeable options, often in finish selection packages, to a pre-planned home. This allows you to personalize certain aspects while keeping the overall design consistent.
How long will it take to build my new home?
The typical time to complete a home, from foundation to finish, is 4-6 months. An additional 1-2 months may be needed before construction begins or during the build process for selections or changes.
